Outside of very basic math:
-addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
-basic geometry
-simple algebraic equations
examples:
If I'm late for work and have 15 minutes to drive 30 miles, how fast must I drive?
X = 30/15 = 2 miles per minute (60) = 120 mph.
-Calculating taxes on purchases, or how much to tip waiters.
-Calculating how many calories a day you need to burn to meet your weight goal.
Outside of the simple things above^, how much do you actually use the math you learned in high school and college?
All of those formulas and equations...did you brain dump it all, or is any of it still useful for you?
