Fix shoulder charge
Bungie can you please put shoulder charge back to its normal state, I mean you nerfed it before RoI came out because of the artifact. It's sad I can shoot someone that's right in front of me and he's in the animation and I should be dead. But instead I kill him, it should be the other way around . It is very inconsistent to the point of not using it but I cant bring myself to use anything else. I know I can't be the only person that finds this frustrating.

I've been using shoulder charge recently, and it seems fine. You can't really run around like an idiot with no care in the world, but it does allow me to ignore the usual song and dance of tactics in some cases. In fact I'd argue that it's slightly OP right now because of the cheeky emote that comes after. Working as intended.
