YOU DONT NEED RISE OF IRON TO USE AZURE LENS!
I have had the azure lens since the first week of playing destiny but i was unable to use it because i was not on lvl40. But now when i am i still cant use it because it requires rise of iron. WTF BUNGIE! It didn't require that -blam!-ing dlc before!
