DLC Issue

Hello fellow guardians, I've come into an issue with my Rise of Iron pre-order. I've not been able to access my Rise of Iron content since 1/7/17 and I don't know what to do. I have proof of purchase, the sparrow, the horn and even the Iron Gjallarhorn. Now I have a question has anyone else encountered this problem and do you have a solution? If so I'd like to hear it.

  • Hello, Please try restoring the licenses on the account you bought the DLC on, if that does not work you will need to contact PlayStation support, they are the holders of your licenses. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181
