BungieStore order damaged. Can't get Customer service

I have filled out the contact customer service form on the Bungie Store website. I've replied to my order email (orders@bungiestore.com) had shipped. It's been 5 days and nothing from customer service. My "3A Destiny Hunter - Bungie Store Edition" arrived DAMAGED.

      While you may feel that you can't get customer service... you definitely can't get it here; it's two different systems. If you need help with an order for bungiestore, you need to use the contact support section of the bungiestore website; doing it here on the Destiny forum does absolutely nothing for you.
