I have a Last Extremity with
Firefly
Triple Tap
HLS/Extended Mag (had this gun for a while and I still can't decide lol)
Godly for PvE. It's on my Hunter.
You ideally want Firefly and/or explosive rounds to deal with adds. Explosive rounds does mess with Firefly procing sometimes, so the combo isn't that great.
Triple Tap/Firefly is a nice versatile combo. Crowd Control is pretty good too. Outlaw could be a nice option for add control.

Explosive Rounds also allows you to one-shot Exploder Shanks.

I have a Hand of Judgdment with braced frame, firefly, and explosive rounds and its its a beast, but I wish it had triple tap instead of braced frame.

Explosive Rounds is a great perk, though it does interfere with Firefly so it's not a great combination. (something like Crowd Control or even Outlaw/Reactive Reload would combine better)
