Buff Ice Breaker back to it's former glory for PVE instead of a pea shooter or just buff the weapon
Ice Breaker was one of the best weapons in the game for year 1 best weapon for nightfall and raids like VOG but now it's nothing compared to what it once was now it's a peashooter https://www.bungie.net/en/Armory/Detail?type=item&item=3118679308&itemname=Ice%20Breaker
the rate or fire is 19 i think it should be 25
impact is 31 i think 42 (not really we don't need the answer to the universe) but 34
Range is perfectly fine
stability is 15 i think it should be 30
and the recharge rate should go back to 1 bullet every 6 seconds instead every 12 or 16 seconds
Keep in mind this is for PVE apparently it's good for PVP and for me it's No comment for PVP

20 RepliesYour an idiot. Ice breakers damage never changed, just the ammo regen is at 6 to 8 seconds now. Stupid PvE noobs like you just make me wanna hang myself...

Yeah make the timer 6 and increase all damage on snipers back when they were nerfed by 8 percent
