What's Warframe
I just got warframe and finished the first mission is the rest the game worth playing?

2 RepliesHaving given it a solid go around the time Valkyr Prime first released on Xbox One, I have to say it's a good game mechanically, visually, and gameplay wise. Beyond that, I'm not sure I'd advocate for an install or any microtransactions. I liked my time with the game, even traded enough to eventually get all of Valkyr Prime, and used it a fair bit, but It's not my kind of game in the end. Fun, fast, can be either extremely easy or bullshit hard, but overall I'd say it's a sold 7/10, maybe an 8.5/10 at most. I will admit, that's only my personal review as a player who didn't get very far, unfortunately, because of being almost forced into using co-op, and that kind of killed my enthusiasm for it. Beyond that, very, very good game for what I did play, even if some of it was a little bullshit at times.

15 RepliesIt's one of the worst extreme Loot grindy games out there. Also, microtransactions are basically a necessity for you to enjoy it. Something that very very few of us tolerate.

I honestly don't know. The story is nonexistent and almost no mechanics are explained. I play it from time to time mainly for when I just wanna kill stuff and listen to music.

See if any of your friends play it and play with them. It's worth sticking around for but isn't noob friendly at all.

Ignor the people who say the game is trash or sucks because they probably didn't play it for more than 10 mins. It's a great game that does have a bit of a grind but is worth every bit of it. It will take time to get use to how it works and plays but it is a fun game to play

The first thing I did was install warframe and already have 141 hours on it. It's great, starts slowish but gets better. It's free to play, I haven't spent a dime and I'm doing fine, get friends and/or find a clan and make friends then expand, farm, trade, build, fight, mod, and progress to your hearts content or you hit MR23. Then give it a three day breather and open a second account while waiting for the next large content patch. Tips: read wiki pages, guides, Reddit pages, visit YouTube, ask questions. Keep your fifty starter platinum and spend it on two frame slots. Make some more plat and if your like me never throw your weapons away, make some plat, buy more slots. Pay attention to stats and use what's best, you can have three builds for a weapon A, B, and C. Use all three. Use your weapons, the Tenno are called the masters of gun and blade, not the master of just the sword or just the primary. Mod them well, use them often. Mastery is affected by what you level, and affects a lot, including but not limited to: trades, certain weapons or frames, which relays you visit or which bosses you can fight. If you have anything you want to ask you can ask me or anyone else, I'm sure there's plenty of other capable players here who don't mind helping you. Also you need to use chats, they may seem crowded at first but you'll read them eventually.

Yes but it's not exactly something you can "lone wolf" expecting to reach endgame. exp farming and void fissures are best done with other people for more exp/rewards. Use youtube and the warframe wiki for guides and stats.

3 Repliesif you enjoyed games like Destiny or the Division then you may like warframe. I just want to say now that the game is [b]NOT[/b] pay to win, you can get everything in the game without spending a dime. its also worth noting that the game doesn't have story missions. the missions have no story to them. the game does have quest that are story based and have altered versions of normal missions. I personally enjoyed the game, but everyone who played it has the same opinion of "It was boring when i first started." since the game barely tells you what to do you should be ready to read a lot of wiki pages. Its a fun way to kill time with friends and has enjoyable gameplay, plus constant updates to keep you coming back.

Very fun game but it can only be played in spurts. I enjoy running around as a space ninja but the fact that nearly every map you go to is the exact same thing over & over will eventually start to get to you. It's one of those games that I can only play for a month or so before I take a break for a couple months and then come back again.

5 RepliesAt first I was a bit skeptical about the game. It's 3rd person, people said it was pay to win, people said "oh the grind is terrible", but I went ahead and downloaded it and played it over a weekend and fell in Love with it. There is a learning curve to the game so while your learning the ropes, keep opening as many nodes on the planets you can while stock piling resources. Check YouTube out. There is a few guys that have great tutorials. IFlynn is a young fella that has a nice series for beginners. I love the modding of warframes and weapons. So much variety in builds and so many cool weapons to build. Give it a bit of time and you'll get the hang of the parkour style movement and speed. Latching on walls and bullet jumps are really cool. 2 RepliesIt's all right if you can put in a little bit of time each day, but it is super grindy. I highly advise looking into joining a Clan. Another thing I recommend is saving up some money for platinum in-game. While the cosmetic items aren't as much of a priority, platinum can basically net you the best gear, specifically Prime gear, if you trade it off with other players. For you, here are things that'll help: When you get to Venus make sure to go to the place known as the Vesper Relay. It's a hub for players who wish to join one of the factions. From bosses you can receive Warframe and Weapon blueprints for beating them, though the drop rate is random. Make sure to level up a Frame or Weapon to level 30 before you sell it. Also make sure to buy weapon slots from the in-game store.
