11 RepliesDon't confuse Liberals with SJW's. They're actually relatively different.

Well about 20 of those supposed genders are held by a single unemployed person so I guess their salary would be zero.

Interestingly, wage discrimination by gender has been illegal since 1963.

5 RepliesNobody cares. I just don't understand why people are against paying people that work the same job and produce the same outcomes equally. Be you man, woman, trans, bisexual, homosexual, whatever. If you can flip a burger at Mcdonalds just as good as the next man, woman, trans, bisexual, homosexual, Apache Attack Helicopter, etc. then you deserve the same pay. Nothing more, nothing less. What is wrong with this? And I realize there are some legitimate reasons for the wage gap, but that doesn't deter my reasoning. Equal, good work deserves equal pay. Period. If someone pays you less because you are gay, that's not right. If someone pays you less because you are a woman, that's not right. But, of someone pays you less because you happen to work less hours or take more days off then oh well. Expect less pay from someone who does do their work. Just my thoughts.

As a spongebob merchandise weilding half minotaur, I feel opressed when it comes to the money I make, why does an electrical engineer make more than me? Managing an Arby's is much more practical and I put up with such rude people.

4 RepliesYou get paid according to the work you are able to do (experience + qualifications). Woman get paid a bit less due to the extra privilege they have for example maternity leave. You sign the contract before you start working, you agree with the amount it will be given to you, so no complaining. Signed by a liberal.

2 RepliesEdited by Porch Ninja: 3/9/2017 11:43:57 PMI agree with a lot of your points (of your past posts), but I don't like how you're presenting it. Do you really think you're going to change peoples minds by blindly generalizing "liberals" and bashing on them? Those liberals who aren't SJW's aren't going to look at you as the beacon of reasoning if you just lump them in with the crazies who aren't liberal at all. They're more authoritarian than anything tbh. You're putting all liberals in the same group and assuming they all think alike. This is what SJW's do to people who disagree with them labeling them as racist, xenophobic, etc. I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying you should frame your posts differently if you really want to persuade someone who isn't politically aligned.

Depends where you sit on the gender spectrum. It starts at 0.77c on the dollar for a true female and creeps closer to $1 the closer you get to being a true male.

Men make $1 Women make $.78 And everyone else makes $0

1 ReplyAmazing facts about the 36 genders! A must watch!

We need much more peer reviewed research to determine the impact across all genders. My hypothesis is that genders more aligned towards the female spectrum are significantly disadvantaged.

There would have to be a wage gap in order to figure out the proposed problem.
