You'd better hope they leave raid weapons as is in terms of function. Aka same perks with element damage.

Not gonna happen. Elemental primaries are a thing of the past.

Then leave the old raids behind. If the weapons won't be back as they were they aren't wanted.

Not arguing, but the elements are what made those raid weapons unique I'm pretty sure they will keep the burns but until age goes live nobody knows for sure

Bungie has expressed many times that primaries with burn threw the weapon balance off, especially in PvE (i.e. made it too easy). There would be no harm in bringing raid weapons with burn back since the game is "ending" so to speak. I just don't see it happening.
