I bought The Collection disc and redeemed the code included with it. On the Manage game screen under Ready to Install, I can only see The Taken King and Rise of Iron. I received the level 40 unlock from the Postmaster. I can't see The Dark Below or House of Wolves under Ready to Install. I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling (and redownloading the 14GB update). I contacted Microsoft chat support and after many troubleshooting steps including resetting my Xbox back to factory settings (but keeping games and apps) it didn't resolve the issue. They told me to come here. It looks like this is the digital equivalent of what I bought - https://www.microsoft.com/en-AU/store/p/Destiny---The-Collection/C3GDK9QKWLRD - but it only shows The Taken King and Rise of Iron included with it, even though the description lists The Dark Below and House of Wolves. Any ideas?
