No more out"break" prime like quest
Frankly its annoying if anything the touch of malice quest is more better

I agree the ToM quest was fun but the outbreak prime was better, esp. the team puzzle solving elements and the community effort to decode the images.

Outbreak Prime quest was the PVE highlight for the ROI expansion. Probably the best quest created thus far in the entire game. The gun has meaning as the steps to get it require others committed to the goal also. If you don't have it that's too bad.
