How did you get it so wrong in the first place....................................Use this as a guide: If your changes are going to be really negative don't do it, if it removes fun leave it alone, if you rely only on meta then you will never get it right as that's just too impersonal, if you alter PvP items leave PvE alone.................There's probably more but hey you have had three years to figure this out for yourself.... Just re-balance all the weapons fairly across the board and then leave them alone after a final tweak, then concentrate on CONTENT reducing the lag, and refining game play mechanics!!
