Edited by Samantha: 3/2/2017 6:30:44 AMInternet infrastructure might be part of the problem, but the peer-to-peer hosting system this game uses is the main culprit. Not all red-bars are lag switchers or people with $2.99 Walmart Wi-Fi. (Not to say those don't exist though) Some of them are just unfortunate souls from the other side of the world who have jumped into your lobby. On a related note: the red-bar that you see is a representation of your connection to them, and vice versa, but not a measure of their connection speeds or Internet power. I've loaded into some lobbies from Central/South America, Spain, China, etc. Places that are thousands of miles away from me and no surprise, the entire lobby is red bar. However, for someone living in China who is playing with me, I might be the only red bar in that game on their screen, since my connection is really the only strained one, for no other reason than that I'm playing with someone from the other side of the planet.

I understand Some special circumstances, but I use to red bar and realizing it ruins play for others, I spent some money and fixed my problem, was not cheap and I also realize some cannot afford it. That being said, persons who red bar regularly and know it and still participate need to stop.
