Very good points. Though I'm pretty sure Osiris still has his ghost, so unless Osiris was in the vicinity at the time that card was talking place, that might not be his ghost. But it is very possible Osiris was patient B.
And this somewhat supports one of my own theories about the Owl sector mites being golden age experiments that attempted to give people guardian abilities. (Unknown to them at the time) If Osiris was infused with those mites (and if they came from experiments with the traveler) it could explain why/how he would know that the traveler is a "god incubator."
• Fal. You do know that the mites were SIVA prototypes right? That is why Clovis Bray used them. It is definitely not a coincidence that we just became infected with them right before Rise of Iron came out.

  • I'm very well aware of this. But when you look at what the mites did, they're very similar to what a guardian becomes. It's like they were attempting to mimic something they found but couldn't quiet get it down, but they were able to create SIVA with it. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/213357691

That faulty Ghost didn't make any mention of having a Guardian or not and only states not finding anyone alive in Blind Watch. The card does imply that it's fairly soon after the formation of the City and that most Ghost's haven't found thier match, but that's not really proof of anything...though it does also place it around the right time.
Those mites were stated to be giving subjects increased vigor, stamina, fighting spirit, and levitation as side effects. Bray wanted super energetic and capable construction workers for colonization purposes, so it's plausible the mites were trying to make similar abilities to what Guardians would end up possessing. I don't know if the mites would dissipate after time without a living host, but if they were in a sort of hibernation mode, you could make a claim that the mites somewhat empowered Osiris to be abnormal in his rebirth in both physical and mental capacity.
