PvE

Bungie listened to us and because of PVP ruined PvE

PvE is good, there just isn't any new content.

PvE is good, but PVP had some effect.

Honestly, I think that PvE is getting pushed around because of PvP. All the changes are affecting PvE in a way. It's not completely bungies fault though, they listened to the community.

 • Right now this game has only been focused only on PvP and has been for a long time. If Bungie just wanted to turn this into a competitive game, what's the point on continuing to make PvE? PvE gamers don't have a voice in this game and never have other then the small things just to make certain things easier or certain things easier to acquire like loot drop rates, 3OC, easier access to materials etc... But what about other things like giving Light level a purpose in reaching max light knowing it's capped way before you reach max. Making venders other then Tess having a rotational stock giving them more of a purpose in this entire game. Giving an incetive like y1 had with the purple engrams running Patrol. Blue flamed helmet when completing a Nightfall. Creating more challenges like CE had, running Patrol trying to acquiring the husk that lead you to running the raid trying to acquire the Crux in hope to level up the necrochasm. Creating raids that have a sense of exploration knowing Vog is the only content in this entire game that is like that that you can actually explore. Creating raids with more incentive other then light level. Expanding the borders on the planets leading up to other possibilities and some of the potential this game has. Creating new events other then the recycled events. Creating content with more playable ground. Y1 had that and y2 and on was created to appear to have more playable ground. There are many things this game is lacking on and when PvE gamers asked to be heard about any of it. Why is Bungie silent about it and has been for almost 3 years now? PvP is not this only aspect of this game and it is not right to cater to one aspect of it but it seems to be ok to be silent about the other. PvE gamers want to be heard as much as PvP gamers have been heard or at least an attempt to show they exist. Now everyone knows PvP is easier to create, but it doesn't take having a lot of that content to creat that excitement that gamers had, and y1 is proof of that. Capping y1 Removing primary Elemental Watering down weapons. Removing perks on gear that allowed you to have 2 and use them at the sametime. Nerfing ammo in every aspect. Making exotics have less of a value by reversing the role of an exotic that now legendary weapons are becoming your exotic. Most weapons in y1 worked across the entire board. By removing a lot of that and making less content each expansion has majorly decrease the excitement this game had once in PvE. PvE gamers have stuck through a lot of this in hopes of that excitement to come back. I get things still work in PVE but the feeling on just getting by and not having that experience you had like y1 knowing gamers are visual. This get me by isn't fun anymore and it's not funny knowing how much time and money Gamers have put into this game. A gamers time should be respected and they shouldn't be controlled on how to play a game they enjoy by being forced to use certain things just to get the best results out of it. Gamers want that variety they once had in y1 when they had the option to use more weapons in every event. Not this being forced to use snipers like Kf that first 7 months. So I suggest Bungie looks into all of this and the gamers that put so much time into this game when creating D2.
