The entire point of the game is the Light vs. the Darkness. What I realized is that the Light or the Dark never beats the other, it only ever balances the other out. So right now we are balancing it so that the Light can make a resurgence and the Darkness can be pushed back. What came before that? The Collapse, after humanity expanded into an empire based upon the Travelers Light. There was an imbalance, the Traveler created too much Light, and the Darkness pushed it back. Now we are doing the same, except to the Darkness. Until a balance is struck and the "Gray" area between the Light and the Dark is found, the destiny of a Guardian, and by extension humanity and every species that follows the Light, is to push and be pushed back for eternity. No one wins, no one conquers the universe. Just the push and pull of the tides of the Light and the Dark. The game should not be about conquering that which represents the Darkness and defending what represents the Light, it should be about conquering both the Light and the Dark to break this cycle of perpetual death and rebirth. What do you all think the game represents or should represent?

Both aren't evil, they are just two sides of a coin that spands the galaxy.
