Okay sunsingers are not OP at all. If you self res in pvp you are killed almost immediately and when you use stormtrance everyone focuses only on running away and team shot you (which I understand I'm not complaining I'm just saying that they are killable) plus neither stormtrance or sunsinger have a health Regen perk. Warlock are fine so are titans, however as of right now I do agree that hunters are underpowered and are in need of a severe buff and I usually main warlock.
