Well if that's the case remove blink from Hunters. Also remove all the nerfs from blink, shadestep, and evade. And give an armor piece to Hunters and Warlocks that allows them to use shadestep or blink regardless of what subclass is chosen. Astrocyte Verse should be reverted to what it was originally supposed to be, and have it be the armor piece that provides blink regardless. As of right now, Astrocyte Verse is just useless. Graviton Forfeit could be given the ability to provide shadestep regardless of subclass. Give Titans the ability to have evade on a community voted subclass. (That way all classes would have their evade ability as a perk on one subclass) Lastly, have it where Twilight Garrison provides evade on any subclass while wearing the chest piece as Astrocyte and Graviton would do for Warlocks and Hunters.
