I'm a bit curious so I've tested the health perks on helmets: Infusion and Better Already. Infusion has been touched by the change to the Hungering Blade, now it gives a fixed amount of health per orb but no longer triggers health regen. Better Already is unchanged.
For those who would ask, no, Infusion doesn't give you back shield when the mod "Exposure" is on (not in the video but I tested it).
This makes Infusion really different than Better Already now, before the patch both perks were basically having the same effect.
Bungie didn't mention those perks in their patch notes and follow-ups, I'm not sure they are aware of that change.

Ha, so it -blam!-ed literally everything that has to do with health regen. This is glorious such an oversight, bungie will get right on it.
