So I have spent the last few hours reminiscing over year one destiny looking over all the patch notes all the nerfs (and few buffs) and one thing that I would like to say is... PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP NERFING EVERYTHING WE ALL LOVE ABOUT THIS GAME. Seriously now If you look back at year 1 and year 2 that is when everyone was happy playing this game (somewhat). I used to get online on Tuesday afternoon and look forward to play the nightfall and the Raids and just about any other activities I could think of. The first thing I would do is launch up the nightfall and try as hard as my team could to win it. Sometimes we would win it other times we all get kicked to orbit. But no matter what we made sure to do it every week to try to get a chance at the Ghorn. I got it just before house of wolfs came out. So that was nice. Then after Nightfall we would do the strikes just to get strange coins just to buy heavy synths (and the occasional exotic weapon). After that it would start to get late so we all agreed to meet back up at a certain time on Wednesday. On Wednesday afternoon (or whenever) we would raid we all became great friends it doesn't matter which raid we did we just did it. Thursday we choose to do any remaining activitys that members of our clan needed to finish. Otherwise we would practice in the Crucible for Trials of Osiris. Then we finished everything and on those Fridays. Then on Saturday Sunday and Monday we would do other games just because we could. It all eventually boiled down to Trials of Osiris because when TTK came out there was no reason to play after I reached near max light level we would do Trials and go flawless every now and then. During those times guns cane in and out of the meta from Autos to handguns to pulse rifles. I have tried it all (personally I loved the Thorn The last word and some pulse rifles). Now Bungie you are nerfing everything that alot of people have held near and dear to their lives. It almost makes me sick just thinking about all the nerfs. Something that I would change about this meta is bring ALL guns back to Year 1 stats and abilitys and supers then buff or nerf from there. TL;DR Just reset every nerf and go back to year 1 values and nerf from there so that all guns can kill and be useful.
