To keep it short. Yes change it in PVP ONLY!!! No need to change in PVE! Bungie needs to learn that pvp and pve are totally different which requires different change for each type of gameplay! I mean just look what they did to truth...

Also never had a problem with enemy teams camping/boosting Skorris to try and win a round using supers. (They tend to be gunned down in seconds when confronted). But if the PVE community cares about it so much I wouldn't care if bungie Nerfed it in pvp only. I wouldnt even care if they ban it in pvp. Its not like we good players needed them in year 1 and 2.Make up a whole lore reason that shaxx doesn't want it in his crucible or something.

They can change skorri for pve if they'd do it in a way that makes sense. Not just a plain nerf and let that be the end of it.

It will have an impact but only before boss battles in a raid. I haven't struggled with any content in pve, and I've completed alot of raids without skorri, before it even came out so... personally won't be affected. And to be honest it isnt really killing the fun factor in it because waiting for a super is already boring, no matter how short it is.

This change will 99.9% barely affect your gameplay in PvE. Just think about running strikes or raids now.. how long does it take for you to get 1 kill?? This change only upsets those that relied on it in trials and PvP and will actually change how someone plays and how the round starts. Truth was literally the most used Rocket in PvP. If you use truth in PvE then idk what to tell you other than there are better PvE heavy weapons to use. Stop whining.

I dont think their change will be bad at all, if it's what they say it is. 1 kill activates it for a minute in their change. That can't harm pve too much, if at all.

This is why I don't play this game much,Pvp players cry and pve players get the unwanted nerfs and changes that screws up pve gameplay. Even the mid march vault of glass and crota raids ain't gonna help this game much, we may as well wait until destiny 2 which will be at e3 and release in September.

I don't understand why they can't do that when Silimar only works in PvP and completely turned off in PvE. Skorri should be the same thing but reversed.
