There are so many things wrong on here.
Flux grenades just got a buff to deal the same amount of damage to a stuck enemy as Fusion grenades.
No melee ability can OHK in this game except for Blink Strike Backstab. The other highest damaging melee ability is Stormfist which deals 158 damage normally and 171 with Discharge. (Note: I said melee ability. Shoulder Charge can OHK as well but is not the melee ability for the Striker subclass. It is a melee attack.)
Bladedancers definitely did not need another nerf. They actually did need a buff. However all classes were effected by the change to health regeneration
-Hunter: Hungering Blade
-Titan: Cauterize and Transfusion
-Warlock: Life Steal
Tripmines should have the same range as Lightning and Spike grenades and should detonate faster.
When Shadestep was nerfed, so was Twilight Garrison. They both have a 3 second cool down after being used once and were nerfed at the same time.
Skating was nerfed already. Increased Control now adds more vertical increases than it used too.
Deej has his problems, this is common knowledge. However, balance is not one of them as he doesn't do anything with balance. He is a community manager. Not to mention the other community manager, Cozmo, has 2 Hunters and 1 barely played Titan.

Quick nitpick: The Striker's Overload doesn't increase Stormfist damage. I think you meant Discharge? Also, the consensus I've seen is that Discharge adds 13 points of damage, so it would be 171 instead of 173. Admittedly, I haven't tested that last part for myself.
