I'm making yet another post about this. When playing Destiny on an Xbox One S upscaled in 4K, there is a very annoying screen flicker. It's most noticeable on UI text in menus. This is an issue happening to everyone with this set up. Please at least address it. It's a pretty serious bug that hinders enjoyment of the game. Thanks.

Restarting the game a couple times fixes it. How I check is at the character selection screen wait for your guy to load. You know its fixed If it doesn't flicker anymore. Sometimes when you think its fixed it might start up in the tower again

2 RepliesNo, this is incorrect. Destiny is the only game that flickers. Samsung UN65KS9000 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD TV paired with an XBOX ONE S, and all of the cables have been replaced with IBRA HDMI Cable 10ft - HDMI 2.0 (4K) - 27Gbps - 28AWG Advanced Braided Cord - Gold Plated Connectors - Ethernet, Audio Return Video 4K 2160p HD 1080p 3D Xbox PlayStation PS3 PS4 Apple TV- IBRA Advance 4K Check HDCP 2.2 Check 60Hz Check Mode: Movie -> Auto Motion Plus OFF All other games are perfect. It's Destiny, the Emblems flicker, icons for certain equipped items flicker and white is flickering, such as the radar circle.

5 RepliesIf you are having screen flicker with XB1s it is due to your HDMI cable or your source unit (such as your receiver) Guardian. I have an XB1s and have never seen this issue but when i first started playing, I was using my OLD XB1 standard HDMI cable and would get screen cracking and artifacts all the time.

2 RepliesIf I'm understanding you correctly, this is something the Xbox One S does on its end, yes? In that case, Bungie would have to make a patch for Destiny, but you could also notify Xbox of this on their support forum since the issue is seemingly on their end. Bungie isn't responsible for what Microsoft and Sony do with their consoles, so it's best to get to the source.
