If armor is given class set bonuses, sets like the factions and vangaurd and crucible if worn each set could give you increased reputation gains and a random extra perk like increased heavy reload speed or increased jump height, the bounty armor like the exultation armor should be given a boost like increased vangaurd, a full speeder set gives increased srl reputation, and so on and so forth.
