An alternative to ruining skorri
Instead of letting the pvp community ruin something else make Skorri a pve only artifact or less effective in pvp only. Lets not ruin a great artifact for pve because once again Trials players are pissy about something.

This artifact needs to be configured just like Memory of Silimar except for PvE, it will have no effect in any PvP playlist except providing stats for Int/Dis/Str.... I just hope that they don't "tune" its effects for all scenarios.
