How about change the scoring system full points for primary 3rd or half for secondary. That way using secondary is gonna be situational. Rather than using as a primary

I kind of like this. She's not like other games. This seems like something that could be implemented nicely with one or two of the other ideas down below. Mix it in with getting special from primary kills would be nice. I think you'd have to keep the heavy scoring the same though just wrote heavy on death so that it doesn't create a Nerf.
