An alternative to ruining skorri
Instead of letting the pvp community ruin something else make Skorri a pve only artifact or less effective in pvp only. Lets not ruin a great artifact for pve because once again Trials players are pissy about something.

Why do that when they can just wreck something else in the game? If Bungie thought like that we'd have a completely different game right now with plenty of powerful, viable options to choose from for every weapon slot. Instead we're left with a small selection of decent guns and the ToO players and streamers are still crying for nerfs.
