are they talking about the armor bar in your subclass build? 10= full bar? isnt the titan the only one with the option to even do that?
how much health do you trade off by being 10 armor?
-
Ok glad I'm not the only one around who had no clue what they're talking about. Lol. Thanks for all the replies. Good to know now my flux grenades will kill now. And sc will kill a ramlock? Even better.
-
All u have to worry about about is that sticky grenades from all subclasses kill in one hit .
-
It only applies to warlocks wearing the ram (normal build +3 armor given by Ram) and striker, which could reach 11 armor with unstoppable. It's a really bad design choice which limits builds and cuts down on player choice.

160 - 210

No one fully answered this question. Does anyone actually know the lowest and highest hp each class has?
-
basically they lowered the health of warlocks and titans. Everything should feel squishy like a hunter

Edited by Swiftlock: 2/20/2017 9:21:14 PMIt's because Bungie has some kind of grudge against Warlocks who use The Ram and they hate PvE players. The Ram + elemental armor perk on chest pieces + max armor build = an armor stat that goes over 10. Think of it like this. When running max armor, you're going to have less situations where you escape a primary duel or grenade splash damage with a sliver of health and more situations where you just die instead. I haven't heard any complaints or uproar over Ramlocks after the Ram was nerfed the first time, so I'm going to have to agree that this nerf was pointless and just harms PvE players more than anything else.
-
Titans can now ohk them with shoulder charge that's all they did.
-
Reading the responses no one here knows what 10 armor looks like as far as the armor bar goes on subclass or how much health is decreased. I dont know either. Thanks to Bungie actual numbers are kind of meaningless in these cases when armor is not represented that way.
-
Striker Titan can achieve 13 Armor (Full Bar) naturally and the Defender Titan can do 12 Nat. Just have to retest the new values in a custom game...again >.<
-
12 armor was possible before the nerf. For titans and warlocks if they ran max armor and had a chest piece with more armor and also the warlock ram helmet.
-
Ramlocks can achieve max armor
-
This affects PvE as well, no point using higher health if all you are getting is 0.5HP more instead of 2HP.
-
Basically, sticky grenades and shoulder charge will one shot aaaall the time.
-
Been wondering the same thing. I always build for max armor. You know why? GASP! So I could win PRIMARY duels...seriously, never ran cheesy striker build cause of this...and they nerfed it. I don't get it, and I for sure don't understand how it works. Where the heck is "10" on the bar? Why give us patch notes like that when w don't have a clue what that means in game? When I'm max armor with nightstalker hunter, including armor Piece with Void perk, I'm actually being penalized? So confused.
-
Stats go up to 12.
-
Ramlocks could have 10 armor.
-
Basically it doesn't survive a sticky (sometimes it would), doesn't survive shoulder charge and a few of other things. Warlock with ram and max armor in subclass also reached 10 armor
