Honestly they should have just lowered the ammo you receive at the start of the match. Instead of 7 shots, maybe give us 4 shots for the first 3 minutes of the game. Give a little less ammo for pick ups for the snipers and the shotguns.
Because now they have killed the fusions rifles, and nobody really used them anyways and the people that were are demotivated to use them.

Or limit each special box drop to 2 or 3 (depending on whether you have the specific armour), keep it at one minute but you get less ammo but don't lose it when you die. People will still have special but there'll be no camping specifically for it, and once it's used you just have to use your primary.
