I have played with the account 'UnSynkD' since end of vanilla / the beginning of the dark below. However around two months ago my younger cousin was playing on my account and deleted all three of my level 40 charactors (with lots of gear on them). I already had a second account, 'UnSynk' so I switched over to there, however going into destiny 2 I would like to keep the bungie.net profile I have been using for 2 years, I've made forum posts and generally wish not to have the new bungie.net which is very new and doesn't have much grimoire that I've accumulated. On this old account I'm recognized as a veteran but on my new one as a new player.
I would very much like to link my new psn, 'UnSynk', to the bungie.net which is now linked to the psn 'UnSynkD'

1 ReplyHi, You can choose the Bungie.net profile you wish to keep and link whichever PSN ID you want to it. You can find information on linking and unlinking Destiny accounts here. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12130 Please note that grimoire is based on the Destiny account you have linked to a profile, not the actual Bungie profile.

1 ReplyWhile you can always unlink your old profile and link the new one so long as you have an anchor account, you will not get the grimoire score as that is tied to your in game character. When linking and unlinking accounts, be sure you have a third account linked before you start (in your case, an Xbox account needs to be linked before you try unlinking your PS4 account). Once you do, you can unlink your old PS4 account and link the new one.
