Hi Cozmo, this is your mechanic. You know how you brought your car in for a service on the engine. Well, we did that, but during the test drive, we have caused an issue with the breaks, wheel balance, and suspension. We could fix it, but we're going to have you take the car back, and drive it, to see if you'll just deal with it. Oh, and sorry it took 5 months to do a service, we were busy working on other cars that aren't even due to be handed back yet. Have a great day.

Hi Cozmo, this is your pool service guy. Now, mate, we've fixed the heat pump for you, but in doing so, increased the acidity levels of the water. We're not going to fix this right now, just keeping swiming as you were before, and see if you can deal with it. We'll listen to your feed back, and may do something about it at a later date. I know this took 5 months to get fixed, but we've just been so super busy lately. Enjoy your summer.

Hi Cozmo, this is your power company. Those issues you were having with the service to your home. Well, we've tried to address them, but in doing so, you will now have black outs at random times. We'll listen to your feedback about this issue over the next few months, but figured you should be able to deal with it. It's not like you have any decent video games to play that you need power for.
