What's the point in having so many perks on weapons and armor if your just going to nerf them into the ground...
You might as well just give all guardians the same weapons and armor with the same rolls and then not worry about nerfs

They left it in as a "test." My guess is they'll leave it in for a few months, ignore all the hatred, and play it off like nothing ever happened for as long as possible. This is just speculation, but they did the same thing with SBMM for the longest time. Seems very well within their method of operation to do the same here.
