They may play test in house in a way that allows multiple exotics.
This doesn't prove they know their game. The overall stream shows a better example of their lack of connection with their own game.

I dissagree that one moment shows a lot. Not just knowledge of their own game. Let's say for a minute there was a in house multi exotic mode. Fine. But they were showcasing to their consumer base. And couldnt be bothered polishing their performance? So that silly mistakes didn't happen? Like it does with their game. If they can't Polish a live stream what hope does the game have with future mistakes. So I dissagree mike. It as I said showed me all I need to see.
