The Red Brother in the NF disappeared mid-strike. Then we killed the Blue brother within a minute of him coming out the first time. Then they both came back out along with a gazillion ads. During the first Heroic strike we killed Taniks in the hallway immediately after the walker room, but then the boss room door won't open and the strike would not conclude. Along with a lot of other minor things like curving boomer blasts and taking a main cannon shot from the Cabal tank in the face and surviving. Reviving a teammate who at the conclusion of his respawn animation was guardian down with 12 still on his timer, again without being shot.
