wouldn't that effect Astrolyte verse? wait it cant because it was all ready broken and useless but ill get back to that. this needs to be in the game because of the fact that it would make increased life gain needlessly specific, and that life gain is canceled if shot at. THIS IS NEEDED FOR PVE! No doubt about it red death useless, ward of dawn, useless, The ram, useless, Apotheosis veil, useless, Astrolyte ver- oh wait... PVP, I believe that like hungering blade Cauterize can be kept but maybe give a bit more armor for striker titan. Astrolyte verse doesn't need to be fixed it needs to be changed because as of now the perk is too specific. I wont tell you how to change your game, but it should not be based on a ability unless its giving one. And bungie, there is a L O T of hate down here, yes this a harsh change, yes this probably was a bug, but I hope the best for D2. and as me and my friends say "FiX yoUr gAme bUngO!".
