Yes and I believe this could be one of the worst patches in the game. Sure they nerfed shotguns but not that kind of nerf we wanted. In my opinion I wanted a range nerf so other weapons that got nerf *cough hand cannons* cough* so it could be balanced. Heck to make it balanced buff Fusion Rifles and side arms and nerf range on shotguns
