Another example that separate balancing tables for pvp and pve are needed for future installments of Destiny. 'Balancing' aka nerfing all those abilities for pvp just messed up pve, again. And like others have said: there is no way yall didnt notice this in the months of testing. That is not a good excuse to use to cover something yall probably did on purpose. It makes yall look incompetent instead of coming across as a simple 'mistake'.
