As someone who has worked BI projects in IT before I totally agree. Most of this mess seems like a lack of communication more than incompetence. You have most of the forums screaming with a reasonably singular voice and their sandbox team that checks twitter and the forums every three hours by their own words didn't seem to listen. It would be one thing if we had monthly patches/balances but this being handed to us after six months?
If I handed in a report to my boss six months into an ITIL evaluation/Best Practice Plan that had this level of misunderstanding I would be fired. I am very curious what the turnover rate must be for Bungie.
