Cauterize already has a three second cool down and now it doesn't even fully recharge your health? Same for Transfusion and Health Steal which both need melee charges? And instead of promising a quick fix, you're saying you're interested in how your screw up will pan out? What is this nonsense? Then again, I guess airing my grievances here is pointless, since this isn't Reddit.
