At least Hungering Blade works every time.
Energy Drain/Cauterize has a cool down on top of decreased health regen.
Bubble doesn't even -blam!-ing work.
But yeah, lets have yet another pity party for hunters.

I actually planned on moving to Voidwalker after this garbage they pushed out, but might as well not now. Blame the -blam!-ing devs and their sandbox team. Activision needs to go ahead and take over at this point.
