1. Yes they do.
2. Nerfs were very significant
Arc bolts, blink, super armor, super duration, and many others are all strong nerfs

Blade is worse then singer, singer has double fusions, flame shield and a high armor super with spamming stickies and 1hk melee Blade has less melee range then uncharged warlock, a single sticky and a super that trades more then kills

Too bad the hit reg is wonky with fusions and too bad flame shield is delayed......

Shortstop on arc blade is far more common then stickies not registering
