Really? I knew from the description it replenished grenade and melee, but not health (besides the overshield). I'm not a titan main tho.

It's always given you full health, now it just gives you back 1/5 of your health.

Wow I can see that sucking even for PvE.

Yeah, I don't play PvE but for those that main it, it must suck to get affected by PvP changes that weren't even necessary.
