So are you going to fix it then? Hungering Blade makes sense, more you kill more you get. The other perks are just hindered now though and need to be fixed. I would also say that the Suros Legacy Perk needs be fixed as I do not feel that it procs often enough to useful. Side note: WTF with the Truth, nobody was complaining about that, there was no need to reduce the mag size, now it is completely useless.
