I play on PS4 but I loaded it up just now, not the first time I've opened it today either, it won't pull up anything, and says that it doesn't work because I'm on a legacy console... except I'm not on a legacy console...

For more information: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13125 If, after today's deployment is complete, you are still unable to access your Character information on the Destiny Companion, you may want to try logging into Destiny on your console. This should refresh your account's data on the Destiny Companion and allow you to see your Character data again.
