Bring Titans Transfusion perk in line with Hungering Blade
It is basically the same Perk.
If I go into the Crucible today and Shotgun Melee someone with my Striker I get full health back.
If I go into the Crucible today and Shotgun Melee someone with my Bladedancer I get full health back.
Starting tomorrow of course this will be reserved for Titans.
This makes no sense.
