Just got a hate message for killing someone with a nuke eject...multiple times.
Out of curiousity what does everyone think of the nuke eject? Personaly i think its fine, it literaly gives you a five second head start to run away and the blast radius isn't that big.
Edit1: liking the disscussion. I haven't ran into anyone that grappels and nukes. Hopefuly i never do. But there aren't many cheap ways to use it from what i can tell. Even if you get cornered into a nuke eject you can still eject yourself. If you stay and try to eat it that's your fault
Edit2: wow...#1 on trending....well i guess ill post the message for you guys for all the great replies
" I was in scorch on Angel city, and doomed your punk ass like 4 times. Then you proceeded to mash square like a bitch. Hurr you're so gud."

Its got very little blast radius it seems and it really only kills dumb people who use their boost at the wrong time, or foot soldiers who are nearby. All in all, it seems underpowered to call it a nuke..
-
4 RepliesI end up killing myself with it half the time, but it's a strategy
-
3 RepliesIt's annoying that it gets you a new Titan immediately, I ran into a North Star player who would tether, nuke eject, drop in a new Titan, then repeat
-
Nuke eject is kind of a bitch move imo. That being said, if you can't spot it and get out of area of effect that's on you. Some of my favorite last titan standing matches ended with my buddy sneaking around behind 2 or 3 enemy titans and pulling the eject on them while they were focused on me.
-
He doomed you 4 times yet can't avoid a nuke .... I think he is the one that needs to get gud
-
19 RepliesEjecting in general is cowardly

6 RepliesI've probably died by nuke eject 3 times my entire career. That guy is definitely not playing right. That said how the hell does anyone play titans without the extra dash? I just think mobility is more important than maybe getting 1 kill here and there.
-
There is an epic counter to it that not many people know, it is called getting the -blam!- out of the way
-
There's nothing wrong with Nuclear eject.. it hardly nets too many kills and you destroy your Titan in the process. That's why I always use it lol.
-
3 RepliesFun fact: nuclear ejection is based on line-of sight, so just hide like you would from a D.va ULT.
Its not terrible, and it's a great area demurring some cases. But it requires Titan death which is kinda iffy
-
6 RepliesI use Ronin and Nuke. I feel like I'm pretty good with Ronin, and every now and then I can get a quad in LTS with Nuke.
-
2 RepliesLeave it. It's the only thing that makes Northstar useable. Tether trap on a Titan that just dropped + manual nuke eject = profit.
-
Happy Valentines day Guardians and Pilots!
-
4 RepliesHow are people manual ejecting and still nuking? It requires a doom state
-
Good for mid and light titans, for heavy titans pick the exta dash. I love pinning someone as northstar and then blowing them up.
-
Can be very tactical with it by running into a group of four titans and dying
-
Only a real issue for slower titans like scorch and Legion. I never get nuked
-
It's fair game. Using it with double tether on northstar is hilarious
-
You're bad if you die by it

2 RepliesEdited by PlutoIsAPlanet: 2/13/2017 9:12:52 PMEhh I just use it for fun as Ronin. Allowed me to play like an idiot and still nab some kills since phase+nuke = kills .
anything else it's pretty ehh. The guy that sent you the hate message is just a moron since he can't avoid a-easy-to -counter ability.
1 ReplyI don't use it but to each his own. Doesn't bother me.

1 ReplyGotta love backing a titan into a corner and ruining their day
