I think the biggest nerf comes at the fun of Destiny. That nerf which is the biggest one came with Trials. If they remove trials and ALL OF ITS EMBLEMS AND GEAR, then PVP will be in a much better place and everyone can Raid and work together. Destiny was meant to be a PVE game instead of PVP. Also, PVE is also getting hammered by Nerfs and if Bungie can somehow manage to separate the changes to PVP from PVE, then things would be fairer.
If Trials is not removed, then disable the level advantages and make the requirement to the Lighthouse "Get nine wins before your third card loss". I also would like it if Trials gear does not go up to 400 light (down to 390) since it is a unique faction like Vanguard and Crucible.

I've never understood why light level matters. Don't understand revives in a competitive mode either.

Guys who go flawless weekly like it the way it is. It's easy and dosen't have a challenge for them. Honestly what's the point for playing trials ever. Everyone knows it's shit.

I mean your not wrong Game was perfect before they introduced trials A very small percentage of people with a large voice has slowly been turning this very fun diverse game into a one way trials street If it doesn't work in 3s All of a sudden it works for no one

They need a pvp pve. Like strikes combined with pvp? Image control with added thrall swarms at control points. Suck at pvp? Kill that so your buddies can focus on other players. Idk some sort of pvp scenario involving more pve elements for those of us who hate sweats.

I never really thought about it like that but I think you're on to something. Things are pretty much ruined pvp especially. Pve has taken obvious hits because of trials also. I'm not sure of the fix but I'm pretty sure your at least partially right. Never mind the idiot telling you that you have to have a certain kd to comment, you only need a mind to have an opinion. This isn't just a pvp issue anyways. The game is extremely flawed because pvp and pve aren't separated. It won't be able to continue that way, it has to be changed and everyone knows it. Kd farmers aren't the only ones with an opinion or a stake in this game.

I like that trials exists but I hate that its become the only thing people care about in Destiny. I wish Destiny has a hoard mode, or some other pve content that people actually are interested in

I agree with you. Make it similar to Gears of War's horde mode and put new modifiers in mixing it up with the old ones. Perfection: You go down on a single hit Full-Body Armor: You can only damage the enemy on precision hits. Vampire: You gain health every time you hit the enemy while your health decreases over time. Non-burn: kinetic weapons have increased damage.
