Their is no such thing as a tier 14 or 15!!!!!! Hmmm intellect with no super. Do kids go to school anymore?

Technically it's a tier 10? Intellect doesn't do anything if you don't have a super

Technically? Ok. 5+5+4=14. In other words T14. No Super but basically non-stop grenades. Not useable in team play but a blast when running strikes or COE.

What's his GT? Never seen a T15 yet.

He doesn't have it equipped but a few months ago they sold a Felwinter that had intellect discipline and strength that put him over the top. When we play tonight I'll ask him to send me a screen shot and I'll send it to you somehow.

Felwinter doesn't count. Can't have a cooldown on a nonexistent super. Fashion over stats,but fashion +stats+perks=awesome.

Well dang,Shiro sold me a cloak that is 99%(so it's better than my flayer mantle),but the stats just are on the wrong spots... But it's just so beautiful I HAVE to wear it...even though it takes me to tier 11. I need a max ghost.

Any intellect rolls with memory of Felwinter are null since your super doesn't even charge. It's effectively T10
