No Level 40 Spark of Light in Rise of Iron Pack?
A good friend of mine just purchased the Destiny pack that includes all the expansions and dlc's including rise of iron, but he was only given a level 25 boosting spark of light. We were under the impression that a level 40 boost came with it, as I got one to go along with the level 25 booster. Is this an accident, or is he missing something?

Edited by ADragonWithin: 2/10/2017 5:01:08 AMOnly the account that actually purchased the content or entered the code that included Rise of Iron will receive the level 40 Spark of Light. Any other accounts on the same console or any other account accessing the license through gamesharing won't receive it. Your friend should have received it in the postmaster on the account that actually owns Rise of Iron's license. If your friend isn't using the account that actually owns the license directly, then your friend won't receive the level 40 Spark of Light, even if they can access the content because they're using another account's access to the license.
